I have a iq interface. I'm wanting to control some White Instruments 4700-2IQ Equalizers. What software would I use? Theirs or yours?

You would need the IQ for Windows 5.12 software. With that said there was a firmware update chip that was needed to make the older versions of the White 4700 EQ work with IQwin. I am not sure if this is still available or not. However give it a try with the IQ for Windows software.

If IQwin doesn't work the other choice is to use the IQ Turbo software. However to do this you will need a computer running on DOS or Windows 95 to allow the Turbo software to work.

Can some one help me with this error?

What does it mean?

This means that the software has seen something on Loop 3 of the Interface but there is a break in the loop so it can not communicate. This could also be a miss-wireing on one of the Loop connectors or a bad component that has broken the data Loop.
