  1. HI, i was wondering which amp you would recommend to push these subs. MTX SLHT9512X2D MTX SLH T9512X2 D Sledge Hammer 12" 4000 Watt 2 Ohm Loaded Sub Box Would the XTi4000 amp be efficient enough to power these subs in bridge-mono.Or could i connect to one channel and still get all the power i would need to push the subs?Your thoughts on what amp i should use. 2 ohm RMS 2000W Freq Resp (+3dB) 28-150Hz Enclosure Height 16.000" Enclosure Width 36.000" Enclosure Depth 19.875"BD 17.125?TD Weight 194.0 lb Recommended Amp Power 1000 - 2000 Wrms
  2. DVC subs

Hello,i have a pair of 4ohm DVC,"dual voice coil" subs that put out a total 4 ohms.I was wondering if the crown XTi4000 model would accept dual voice coil subs wired in either series or parallel, and if i would have to bridge it,or could i just hook it to the first channel, and still get the necessary maximum watts through one channel, with both subs wired in either series or parallel?Would 2,2ohm dvc speaker setup at a 2 ohm load be compatible with the amps specifications?
  3. Itech 8000

I was wondering if I could hook up the crown ITech 8000 power amp to a home receiver as an external amplifier, and if so,what accesseries or cables would I need to hook it up.Also, can i hook up car subs to it? this is the specs of the car subs i want to use 2 ohm RMS 2000W Freq Resp (+3dB) 28-150Hz Enclosure Height 16.000" Enclosure Width 36.000" Enclosure Depth 19.875"BD 17.125?TD Weight 194.0 lb Recommended Amp Power 1000 - 2000 Wrms Recommended Amplifier Thunder1501D MTX SLHT9512X2D MTX SLH T9512X2 D Sledge Hammer 12" 4000 Watt 2 Ohm Loaded Sub Box are these subs compatible with the amp,or is the amp to much for these subs to handle?
