Thanks for your reply, however I was able to resolve the problem by holding down Both the preset buttons on the front of the unit while pluging it in. this put the unit into a different mode that allowed it to communcate with IQwic. This allowed me to put the Firmware on and get the 8810 working again.
I am having problems upgrading a Prosys 8810 to firmware version 3.101. While using the TCP/IQ utility to make the update there was an error message that said the Utility could not communicate with the unit any more at about 6% complete. Now the unit is unresponsive and the front display went dark!!!! I am hoping that there is some kind of reset function. What can I do to fix this.
