  1. Hello sir David, The popping sound at the output is really irrating...remember my last post. Even the volumes are fully close or open, it's just there....frying popcorn sound. sounds like a power capacitor at the output are in question. Can we request for a "schematic diagram/service manual" for Itech 4000, So we could diagnose and have a guide for the cuircit path. the serial number is "000261" Hoping your kind help sir... many thanks! Russel
  2. Band Manager

Hello sir... The only thing that we experience to band manager is system hungry.... I mean our pc get slower...and goes to freeze. Or the thing is we must have to upgrade our pc. About the Itech 4000....we accidentally short the hot side (+1/+2) with a little signal on it, making them clip for a seconds. Same with one Ce4000...same time but the Ce4000 just a short clip. fixing the short...seems nothing happens with the ce4000 But in my own opinion, I think the two amps has its own protection from short, mismatch load, or anything that protect the output from damage I guess.. with the said accidentally shorting its hot output, is this the cause of the static noise of channel 1 of Itech? the noise is somewhat...defective elect. capacitor....popping and hizzing.
  3. Band Manager

Hello sir, I've just uninstalled the SA 1.6... And the amps are happily hooked with the bandmanager. I didnt reconsider of the conflict of the said two softwares. Now...we're happy exploring the new bandmanager..... Nice GUI....giving us more eq for speaker control... Sir...Ive just explored the forum about the strange crackling/popping sound of Itech upon system start. and eventualy...last night our Itech 4000 got this into trouble. same as mpjonathan post...exactly similar trouble with our amp. How could we get rid the strange noise at startup? Or is there a simple remedy...because our amp is out of waranty and way to far from your service center. Hope for your kind help sir... Many Thanks!!!
  4. Hello sir David, We just dowloaded the new bandmanager, including the netframe 3.5 Firmwares are not installed since our xti 400 are running in 1.1.5.6 so we just disregard that process 'cause we just compared the firmware zip file from system architect and bandmanager seems the same. Sofwares are well installed and running faithfully.... The thing is BandManager wont locate or the said amps are not discovered in the new software... Is there a problem or conflict with the bandmanager? Has anyone tried or have a chance of using this? Any help would be appreciated.... By the way.....our amps are doing good with SA 1.6...didn't still try the SA 1.9 Many thanks!!! Russel
  5. Dual EQ Panel with Crossover and Delays

Hello sir headline, Thanks for compliments 'bout our request... As seen on your panel the time delay is included, I think we could take that off in your future frame since the frame will be used in live stage monitoring. Sir, do you have account on yahoo? So we could have better acqaintance and share some Ideas in making panels. I'll send you my yahoo addres in your profile. Best regards, Russel

  8. XTI4000

Hello sir DGlass, Can I ask for the schematics of Xti amps by anychance? We'll used it just to make sure how to tap my wires with the said board Im so worried with this amps... If we'll just wait for the amp to be returned again for the warranty, It's so tiring to make call with your support... I hope you understand.... Many thanks, Russel

  10. XTI4000

Hello sir Dave, One of our xti went dead (SRA-315136) , the board has burnt out, just beside the fan. I just sent to US and all was fixed, since it was covered by warranty, even a single dollar didnt cost me. Im just waiting it to be shipped here...Thank you very much for your excellent support. But for now...the one left xti 4000 has a static (sparking inside), then fan has an erratic state. I looked to the board, there's a sign of burn with the foil pattern, I think its related with the supply of the fan. In this thread, Can I again request for a schematic diagram for the xti series? I just want to be sure before letting the foil to be cut, atleast I have the schematics before fixing. Maybe its better to cure my board rather than to wait and make my amp into worst condition. I can send you the picture of the burnt xti if it will help. Thank you for your continous support, more power to the company! Many thanks, Russel

  12. Dual EQ Panel with Crossover and Delays

Hello sir headline, Good work in the panels, the frame was useful and handy for livesound use... In this connection, could you make or can we request the same panel frame but using all 6 parametric EQ's? So we'll have a better control in squezzing growls and ouchsss with the use of 6 filters especially when using the amps in stage monitors.... Thanks for giving us an opportunity of using your frames soon, Hope to hear from you... Cheers! Many Thanks, Russel
  13. are the XTi Amps class I ?

The XTi/CDI/DSi amps have two voltage ranges. When plugged in the amp will sense if the AC supply is within the 120v or 240v range and lock onto the appropriate range. They have a +/-10% tolerance on the AC. So for 120v AC if the AC were to drop down to around 108v the amp would start acting weird and shut off. For 240v that would be around 216v. But then again any amp would start going weird if you lowered the voltage 10%. Hello sir Dave, With regards to the last post...How about 220V supply. some country including our region are in the range of 220V mains. Is there a power loss with the amps at 220V mains?
  14. What I did mine is not to tie the black termination connectors, instead I fold the ribbon into three, tied with same tie wraps...and to be sure that it is like intact that any vibration won't take the ribbon into trouble. I mean its like glued and it wont be vibrated at all... But take note that when keeping the ribbons to be tied, the amps are in chain with signal playing, to be sure that any movements of ribbon while doing will be heard if signal is interuppted. and just be carefull while doing this...but it did helps a lot for me. Good Luck Dude......
  15. Check the forum thread right before you. Your case is exactly like mine.... I think you better check inside and have a grab with the ribbon cable.
