We have a CTS 4200 in our office and when we press the power button, it will come on for a second and then there is a clicking noise. After the clicking noise, the only light on is a blinking power light. It is connected to a power supply that is regulating/filtering the power so I know it is getting good power from it because there are other equipment attached to the power supply and they are working properly. Does anyone have any troubleshooting suggestions.
