CTs 4200 is dead

Hi

Got a CTs 4200 that died on me, and I need a service manual to get it back up running.
Work on a cruise ship so going to a dealer is not a solution for me.
If you have an idea what could be wrong if I say that all lights were RED and after turning it off it never came back on.

But a service manual would help to trace the problem down and change parts.
