Problem connecting more amps to Band Manager

Hi.
I'm having a problem connecting more than one Crown XTi amplifier to Band Manager and/or System Architect.
I have two XTi 4000 and one XTi 1000 in a rack. Band Manager won't recognize more than one amp at a time.
I'm running the newest version of Band Manager on Windows 7 64-bit.
