I have a custom control panel that I would like to run with the main System Architect window minimized behind my control panel. I have tried a number of different ways to achieve this, but I cannot seem quite get there. I would like to have another program running full screen, and have my custom control panel overlaid on top at 50% transparency. I have the transparency part down, but I cant get the System Architect work space to minimize independently of the custom control panel.
