Hi,
I have an early Xti 4000 that needs the firmware update via Cloader (?). After following links on the HiQ site and the Crown site, I seem to be sent round in circles. I"ve downloaded System Architect and Bandmanager, but contrary to the guidance given in some 'how to' videos, the required program is not bundled with the software zip file. Please help.
