I have an older microtech 1200 which powers on but there isn't any sound coming out of it...i was told i may have to replace the mother board. how much would it cost for me to purchase to board directly from crown? or do you think that it may be something else? please advise

Pricing on a new main board varies on which board it is and if it still available. In general pricing is between $130.00 to $250.00 without labor for replacement and calibration.
I would rather that you have the amplifier looked at here at Crown, for a cost estimate first, as I would hate to have you spend the amount of money for a new board when it could be something simple.
