The sh0, 1,2,3,4 that you are seeing is the unit trying to boot up as it goes through its startup of the 4 SHARC processors. The continual cycling of the bootup process means there is a problem with one of the SHARC processor and the unit is trying to reboot and get it's self going.
The "E" error tells us which processor is having an issue and generally what type of issue.
This type of error cannot be field serviced and the units should be returned to your distributor there in Italy for repair or replacement.
