Are there any way to get visio shapes for crown products? for drawing diagrams, racklayouts and so on.

Sorry we do not have Visio shapes. What we have available is on our web site at: http://www.crownaudio.com/gen_htm/express/examp.htm
What I have done in the past is to open one of the amplifier's front or back panel views in a graphics program and resize it. Then use cut paste to copy it over into Visio. Once in Visio I used the Visio tool set to size it to fit my needs. From then on all I have to do is use Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V to make copies.
