I have a PS200 amp, and when powered up, both IOC led's come on, and a relay behind the power switch is buzzing badly. Measured + and- 45 volt dc on main filter caps and had correct voltage, with very low ripple. This problem exists whether or not there is a load on the amp and with or without input signal. I have no service manual or schematics. Can anyone please assist or am I better off sending it in for service?
Thanks!

Follow up: Repaired amp by replacing all electrolytic caps on the small ps board with relay: 4 @ 2.2uf/50v 1@6.8uf/63v. Problem solved..amp sounds great.
