Hey all, I've got a misc amp question for you:

I noticed that some Crown amps have mentioned "current servo" and "balanced current servo" circuitry. I'm guessing that this is a nifty name for a feedback system like Rane's Servo-Locked Limiter that automatically handles gain reduction for error correction.

Am I too far off base with my assumption?

Without getting into amplifier theory and design it basically means we are sensing the current returning from the speaker to the amplifier and using it to help control the amplifier.
