I have three (3) I-Tech 4000's that will be powering four (4) EAW KF650z and one (1) Macro 5002 that will be powering two (2) EAW SB1000. Will there be a noticible difference with the subs due to that I will probably be using just a regular crossover w/ the Macro 5002? If so, what should I compensate for? Also, what about using the PIP crossover module for the Macro? How does it work?

There will be small delay through the I-Tech 4000's as it has digital signal processing. So you will need to compensate for that. The delay time is different if you are coming in AES or analog, here are the values so you can do the calculation:
DSP Processing: 32 bit, Floating Point, 665 µs latency.
DAC Conversion: 24 bit, 135 µs latency.
ADC Conversion: 18 bit, 312 µs latency.
In terms of a crossover for the MA5002VZ, there are a few options, but the one I would recommend would be a USP3 card as it will have the same latency and give many of the same features of the I-Tech. You can find more information at http://www.crownaudio.com/iq_htm/usp3.htm
