I have a BSS 8810 Prosys and i updated its firmware to  'CNM3001' version because it must be controlled by TCP/IQ.Then i ran TCP/IQ Utility, and i changed its IP address. When the Prosys restart byself it didn't work correctly. The front panel don't display any light (it only lights when i reboot it while pressing the two preset buttons simultaneously). It doesn't respond to external control neither RS-232 nor via TCP/IQ. I also try update the firmware already in its several versions (UsmV1100, CnmV2101, CNM3001, CNM3002) and it continues without working.

Please i need your help, what can i do?

Thanks for your attention and regards.

At this point I would say your next step is to contact tech support directly.
