Does this remain the same if the PIP is changed?
On the "General" information Tab is the amplifier model and serial displayed properly.
If the model and serial number are not displayed properly or the data doesn't change with a different PIP installed than it sound like the chip containing the information about the amp isn't programmed correctly. If this is the case then the amplifier will either have to either come back to us for programming or be replaced. Replacements can be done through anyone in our Tech Support department.

DAVID,
JUST ORDERED 3 MORE PIP CARDS ALONG WITH AMPS.
SERIAL SHOWS AND MODEL.
WILL TRY ANOTHER CARD IN IT WHEN THEY ARRIVE.

ok new pip cards in, tried new card , everything right. so card problem. also another card i have keeps data light on constant.
will need two replacement cards.
