The word is :
'Replace D1 and C5 in the power supply circuit.'

We also have the same issue with our XLS2500 but the error code shown is 04/77. It will stay on for 5 minutes and then the fault shows up..
It only happened last week and we had the amp for more than 3 years now..
I hope you can help.

I suspect that you may have to replace the display board.
I don't know about you but I find today that there is now less and less user serviceable parts!
Get in touch your your favorite local Crown authorized center.

Thanks, we'll try to bring this to our local dealer here in the Philippines and see if they can repair. However, can this display module
be bought online directly from Crown?

I had a display fault that I found to be a bad 3.3V regulator (LD1117 33V) on the display board.

Fault '3x' : It appears you have a problem with the 'Ruby' chip, the microcontroller on the main board. Contact your local authorized Crown service center.

In the '4' range, it has to do with the APM (display) module;
I don't have the current information for the '1' and '2' range.
In both cases, there is no user serviceable parts to access; However, by the looks of the problem, it may just be a bad regulator!

Please could you let me know what i need to do to fix this, how would I complete the fix mentioned by Joust; 'Replace D1 and C5 in the power supply circuit.'
