Greetings all. I bought a new I-Tech 5000 HD to use in my bass rig. I am using an AxeFX II as the preamp. The problem I am having is that I am not getting the power out of the amp that I should be. It seems that there is something wrong at the input of the I-Tech as my preamp doesn't even make the -20dB light flicker on the I-Tech at all when the preamp is practically at clipping level. I've read over the literature for both components and I can't seem to find a solution to my problem. This is why I have come here. I am hoping someone can shed some light on a very frustrating problem. Can the I-Tech even be used in this manner?

Please help.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help with my conundrum. Peace out.

Here's the rig. Sure wish it worked properly.

Never mind. Problem solved. Bandpass gain wasn't set high enough.
