I just installed a NEW CTS 3000. I put in a pip2 module. I have the amp connected to a laptop with IQ for windows. I'm getting a error message.

The Thermal Reserve ablove the limit on Ch 1
The Thermal Reserve ablove the limit on Ch 2
Compponent Excessive IOC on Ch2 .

So tell me what I need to do to correct this. The Software and see it. but I don't want to take a chance and blow it.

Dear Marshoot,
It would be much better to use System Architect, not allot of support these days for the older tools.
Let me know if it still happends on SA as well.

Hello Marshoot,

It appears that there is a compatibility problem in regards to older PIP cards and newer CTS amplifiers.
Please get in contact with Crown with this issue. Request Tech Note 014. A few caps may be necessary to remove.

Hope this helps!
