My Russound MCA-C5 only has 40 Watts per channel and my living room will have six (6) of these Klipsch speakers:
Klipsch CDT-5800-C II In-Ceilling
Nominal Impedance: 8 ohms compatible
Power Handling: 50W RMS / 200W Peak
Recommended Amplifier Power: 100 W
Sensitivity: 95dB @ 2.83V / 1m
Weight: 7.4 lbs. (3.36kg)
Wire Gauage Accommodated: 12 ga
My question is which Crown Amp should I purchase and how should I wire the speakers? Should they be wired in parallel or series?
Thanks for your suggestion.

If I understood what you're trying to do here then you should connect the speakers in parallel to each other, that would give you a total of 2.66 ohms per channel and 150W RMS/ 600W Peak power per channel. If it's a Home Theater you're trying to make then it's a different story... I think the XTi 2002 will give you good results, with the limiter set to 150W you will be able to protect those speakers and use them to their maximum ability.
