Hi

Got a CTs 4200 that died on me, and I need a service manual to get it back up running.
Work on a cruise ship so going to a dealer is not a solution for me.
If you have an idea what could be wrong if I say that all lights were RED and after turning it off it never came back on.

But a service manual would help to trace the problem down and change parts.

Just contact any one of the support team, they are usually very helpful with amp schematics...

It looks like you have a low voltage issue.
Investigate the low voltage (LV) psu for cold solder connections.
Remove the psu connector to the main board and measure the DC voltages (+5, +15, -15).
If you should see some bulging caps, I would highly recommend that you replace the LV module.
