Can the Cts 4200 be used at 16 omhs stereo ? I see it can be used at 16ohms bridge . What will be the out if so ?

Sure, no problem using it on 16 ohm speakers, you just need to divide the 8 ohm output power by 2 to get a ball park figure of what the power output is.
