I need the code hex or something else for controller PIC16C57 from Crown Pulse 2x1100.I can buy this controller but i need code for programing pic16c57 to run on Crown Pulse 2x1100.

where could I find it?

Why do you think the PIC is dead? The PIC has its own (standalone) psu. Perhaps the transformer is shot...
