How can I do?  I can not find the operating instructions in its manual.

The attachment is its manual.

Can you tell me how to adjust the voltage to 220 volts ?

Hello again,
If I understand correctly then you would have to open the amp and change the connections to the actual transformer within the amp, I wouldn't bother with that since the amp is rated at any of the voltages with +/-10% so if you take an amp that's set to 220V and operate it on 240V, it's still within the acceptable range.
