i got this amp to be repaired .The costomer reported that the speaker wires got shorted.when i powered up the amp the amp cycled on three times then shut down no power .I need help no blown transistors fuses or bjt . the only thing i noticed was dc volts at one of the speaker outputs need to know how to restart amp  i have no service manual
