I have an XTI 4000 about 4 years old not seen much use.  I am having the following issue

1 Channel Works Fine the 2nd Channel has issues

the 2nd channel you must push to a very high level before it will pop on...  Once you have it popped on it will work for the rest of the show...

Any ideas... These are supposed to be booked for the summer but we can not keep doing this
