I am trying to create a bitmap image for the front panel of our Itech 9000 HDs in photoshop, and every time I try to upload it, System Architect crashes. I have tried different ways of creating the file. I know it needs to be a 122x32 monochrome bitmap images, but are there other properties the image needs to be that could be giving me trouble?
