Out of 11 Crown IT4000's only 6 will show up on System Architect.

Going in the front LCD screen of the ones that will not network I see the IQ address is 0 or 1

Going in the front LCD screen of the ones that will net work the IQ address is a 5 digit number.

But I can't change / readdress them with out them connecting to a computer (and I don't know if this is the problem or not).

I have tried doing the restore button on the back of the amp.

Some of the firmware is 2.xxx  some is 1.xxx

All the working ones are 2.1.2.2

fwiw,
I think you need to update firmware on IQwic for V1.xxx to 2.XXX. SA wont' work with anything below 2.XXXX

Install the older IQWic software and use the TCPIQ Utility (installed as part of the package) to update the firmware to something past v.2.0.

You can get the software here - http://www.crownaudio.com/softwaredownload.htm
