hello!
I have two certified pre-owned IT8000s with firmware version 2.1.2.1 when looking for the latest version i can only find 2.0.9.10 on the website. I know this amps have been discontinued but how can i find what the latest version is?
Also, what is most recommended software to update and load settings on to the amps IQwic or System Architect?

All firmware since 2009 or so is bundled with System Architect.  As soon as the amp is connected in System Architect, the firmware updater will notify you if there is a new version available.

I beleive 2.1.3.2 ws released with the latest System Architect build.

thanks for your reply.. I finally got a change to work on it and updated to the 2.1.3.2 with System Architect.
