I bought a XLS1500 about two weeks ago and used it once - last friday for about 4 hours with no issues at all.

It sat in my dining room (in rack case) for the weekend, and today I tried to power it up.

On power up I get flashing of the "thermal" light, alternating from side to side.

I've tried a different outlet, I've disconnected everything, I've let it sit unplugged for 5 minutes... and no change in behavior.

Aaron,

I did not respond to your email last week because one of my collegues had mentioned he was going to email you (wednesday) after we looked over your video.  Look for an email from Kip.Whitehead@Harman.com from last Wed.

The easiest thing for you would be to return it to you dealer for a new one, and we would work with the dealer.
