I'm running signal to an Ultratech 1010 on channel one and according to the signal indicator on the front of the unit, I'm successfully getting signal, but the fault light on channel 2 is blinking and I get no output. How should I go about solving this problem? Thanks.

Something is probably blown in the output stage of channel 2, so the unit needs to be serviced.  You can try disconnecting the speaker and re-powering.
