Our end user has reported an error code (er22) on one of 8 USM 810s.
We cycled the power and the unit is now working fine.
Can you tell me what the problem may have been (ie: what this error code means?)

The E22 eror code is telling us that one of the watchdog timers for a SHARC chip timmed out. 
I would keep an eye on it if it happens again you may need to return the unit for service.
