Hi!

I'm looking for an endcap for a studio reference I (or II); it's the shell that comes on the front plate left+right hand side (fixed with two lateral screws) to hide the mounting holes/mains screws. I need only one and these parts are not available anymore from Crown, I was told.

Can someone help?

Chris.

There is a I want to buy area on ebay you might try also.

Try the classifieds on http://prosoundweb.com/  it is free, I will bet you find one there.

I restore Crown legacy amps as a hobby. When I get in a bind that you find yourself in I will take the other endcap and have it duplicated. Usually a machine shop can handle it unless it has an unusual finish, then you need to shop around to find someone to apply the finish. Good luck!

Old thread, I know.

But I need two such end-caps. Having the part number is not help and Crown says parts for the Studio Reference are long gone. I don't have one but if someone had a spare, I'd volunteer to have some fabricated. I don't even know if they're cast pot-metal or plastic since I've never seen one. Any help or loan of a cap would be appreciated.

Thanks
