Those two links in the last two posts go to the same place.
They go to the mic Q&A.
Is that what is intended?

Yes,
If you will look at the dates of the posts you will see that the "Welcome" post was the opening post for the NEW microphone forums. The Old Microphone Forum was basically a Q&A page. The information is all still good and valid and rather than move it all over (which would have to be done manually) it was kept as the microphone Q&A.
The second post was done as a reminder that the Q&A pages are still there and to check them before posting as your question may already have been answered.
