I trialed a version of SA running on XP on my macbook pro just to see if I could get it to work ok and it did, it was great. Took me a little while to get the software to see the amps, as I am not used to windows but got it figured in the end. So that trial version of xp expired and now I have installed another version of xp but when I go to install SA it asks me for a user name and password ? I don't remember it doing this before, is this normal ? I have no idea what my username and password would be apart from the one i registered with on the harmonpro website, but of course that desn't work ... any clues appreciated. Is it maybe a problem with the install of XP ? I went completely mad yesterday trying to get it installed.
