Hey,
I am new to a system that has an 810, but it is not currently hooked up to a computer.  I have discovered a problem in the process of trying to hook up a computer.  The front panel display is locked.  I am not sure how to unlock it.  The manual says the panel can be locked/unlocked from the IQ for Windows software, but without access to the display panel I do not know how the set the IQ address or baud rate. And I do not know how to find out the 810's firmware version.  So, if there is any advice that can be offered, it would be appreciated.

I will be more than glad to help you. However in your posting you say that you are "new to a system that has an 810, but it is not currently hooked up to a computer" . Before I can assist you on how to get into it I should probibly ask:
Is the USM-810 one you are the assigned operator of?
Was it installed by a contractor?
My apologies for checking on this but the reason I am asking is that the unit is locked out and has no computer for a reason and that would be to keep changes from being made to the system.
