i have an amp that i upgraded the firmware to version 2069 from IQwic8.20 and i wanted to downgrade it to match IQwic software running on 8.018 but it times out when i try to send the 20112 firmware to the usp3pip. I am using a computer running 8.20 to try to send the old firmware to the amp. What am I doing wrong.
The main reason I want to go back is that on the few amplifiers that I upgraded I have lost the MAC address it reads 00.00.00.00.00.00 for all four amps in TCP/IQ utility the ID keeps changing. In IQwic the amps are online.
