Hello:
I have two units connected in my system, but I have to go to client office once a month to adjust the clock, want could be the problem with this units that can't hold the clock/time/date, this units are connected to a UPS to try to solve this problem but this problem persist.

I have not seen this before. My first suggestion is to verify that the units have the latest firmware installed (3.101). This is available with the instructions from the following site. If the problem is still there, please let us know and we will look further.

I made an error in my earlier response. Here is the correct link to the firmware download for your PS8810. The correct version of the firmware is 2.101. The previous link was for the CobraNet version
