xti 1000

display of the amplifier indicates low line and it does not start but there are 115 in line of voltage.

There could be excessive distortion on the AC line as well that could be dropping the average voltage below 108volts.
Have you tried moving it to another outlet or turning it off and then turn it it back on a little later once the amp sees a good AC line of 108v it will stay on below that. It just doesn't like to come on below 108 VAC.

Hi Mr Glass, we already did that and xti 1000 does not work .in the same power outlet is another one xti 1000 and works well.

If that is the case then the amp may need to be exchanged.
