We have a PIP-Lite in a CTS-600 and I had no trouble communicating with it to set up the IP address, but when I run TCP Utility that amp shows up as disconnected. The network is fine, do we have a bad PIP-Lite?

When you say shows up disconnected in the Utility program I am not sure what you mean. huh.gif
Is it showing up with a red line and no check mark in the TCP box?
The reason I ask this is that if it is showing up in the Utility program at then it is connected-just not in the same network IP range as the computer.

If it is showing up with a red line and no check mark in the TCP box then there is an addressing error. This error could either be with the computers IP or Subnet mask or in the devices IP or subnet mask. If the IP and subnet are not setup to be in the same network IP range then they will not talk to each other and IQwic will not see the amp.
