Hi there,
We have a number of 8810's in our system that are very populated with "unit presets" settings. If we ever need to replace one of these units, would we have to manually re-program all of the "unit presets" or is there a way to import them as a group.
Thanks,

How to move "preset" settings from one 8810 to another?

When you save a file in IQwic all the presets are saved as well for all the devices. Then when you go to open the file the software will ask you if you wish to engage the settings to the devices - which will setup the operating memory of all the devices. After this it will ask if you want to "include device presets in this engage?" If you say "yes" to this then the presets will be loaded back into the devices as well.

Has it always worked this way or is that new as of some recent (or fairly recent) firmware/software update?

It has been this way with IQwic for several years now.
