Help with Crown 5000VZ

Can anyone help. Channel 1 does have any output. When the top cover is removed and power is applied an LED comes on at the top left (see pic) any ideas what this means and how to resolve? Also see pic of LED's on front. Any help appreciated.

Looks like the softpowerswitch of channel 1 is turned off by "IQ for Windows"
Use the Iq for Windows Software to turn the softpowerswitch of channel1 back on.

I didn't think you could use the IQ software with the Macro-Tech 5000VZ

Hello,
The main board on MA500VZ has 3 warning lights for each channel. The light that is lit in the picture is the output fault indicator light. This means that there is a hard fault or short some where on the channel 2 output module. This needs to br removed to check for shorted output transistors or open components.

Thank you for your advice, I take it you ment channel 1 though as channel two is working fine
