I own 4 Crown XTi amps and wanted to use Sys Arch to do some eq.
I have not been able to get them to show up using network wizard .
I have tried conecting the usb directly to the pc but no go.
Could some one shed some light on the best way to get these working with System Arch program.
       Cheers Jeff

*Which XTi amps are you using?
i.e. 1000, 2000 or 4000

*What firmware version is in the amps?
To verify the amplifiers firmware version:
With the amp powered up depress the three front panel buttons together and after about three to 4 seconds the amp will go into a diagnostic mode were you can use the "Up" and "Down" buttons to step the display through the individual channel temperatures, power supply temperature as well as the firmware version for the amp.

*What software version are you running?
The latest version is 1.5. This can be checked by going to the main menu bar in System Architect and selecting Help|About.

I have IT and XTI amps.  It was very easy connecting the IT series via the RJ45 network port, however, I had to connect directly from PC/Laptop to the amp.  I used a USB 2.0 cable (like a usb PC to printer cable) and connected directly to the amp.  I ran the system arch and within a minute or two it found the amp and I was off and running!
