my IT 6000 working great with system archtect but when i try it on iqwic the tcp\iq
cant find it ..... ( while my IT 4000 working fine ). i use the 8.10 version . what am i doing wrong ?

What version firmware is in the IT-6000?
When you run the TCP/IQ Utility does the unit show up in the listing?
If listed does it have a red highlight around it?
Is it listed with a discription of "*** No OIF file***"?

and im using the latest firmware in the 6000
Basically the software doesn't have the .oif file necessary for the firmware you are using.
Send me a forums personnel message (PM) with your email and the firmware version of the amp and I will send you the .oif file to drop into the IQwic program directory to make it work. The firmware version is listed in one of the "Monitor Menu" screens accessable from the front panel display.
