I Tech HF problem

2 posts in this topic

Hi,

To David Glass and all at Crown.

David, I know that you have said in the past that you monitor posts

at the PSW' Live Audio Board.

I wanted to bring to your attention a lively post that has been going on

at the LAB about the I-Tech's.

I have not seen any responses from a Crown Rep, and Crown and the I-Tech's

are getting beaten up a bit.

I know that Bob Lee from QSC does respond to QSC posts and gives the Manufacturer's point of view.

The Buck stops here sort of thing!

I do not know if you or anyone from Crown knew of this post

and or wanted to jump in and offer Crown's point of view.

Crown's version of the Buck stops here!

They want it and frankly so do I.

Even if the problem's discussed with the I-Techs are valid,

it would still be good to see Crown step up to the plate.

I post this post because I am, a Crown FAN!

Just an FYI.

Take Care,

Bud

Thanks Bud I haven't monitored the other forum in a while due to my other duties new product testing, emails, phone calls and taking care of this forum  . Something about only so many hours in a day and having a life outside of work. LOL :D

We have been aware of these postings and Dave Engstrom, here in Crown Technical Support, has already dealt with this customer on his questions directly and felt they had been already addressed and in a timely manor considering the engineers that could address the questions were all out to a trade show that week. However it appears sometimes the answer you get is not as fast you would like nor what you would like to get so you ask it elsewere hoping to get another answer.

Thanks for the info.
