You can eMail the tech support staff, you'll have it sooner then you think :)

The tech support staff referred me to the "Discontinued IQ Network Products" page and I didn't see it there. I then called Harmon in Elkhart and they had nothing.

So you need to contact Kevin Gring directly, I think this is his email:

If it's like Tim is saying and it's a custom unit, there might not be a manual for it but Kevin should know.

You can also call them and ask for Kevin, 1-800-342-6939.
