Crown has never made a DVD divx machine. This was probably manufactured by "Crown of Japan". They make low-cost consumer electronics.

Dinis,

Kevin is out of the office curently so I will attempt to answer your question.

Crown of Japan is not related to us and we have no contact information for them. I did a quick Google search for you for "Crown DVD" and it brought up a lot of returns but almost all of them were from the UK. Sorry we can not assist you in that matter.

Just as an FYI Crown of Japan is why we sell our amplifiers in Japan under the "AMCRON" (American Crown) label.

This subject has now been fairly well addressed, so I am closing the topic.

To summarize, Crown International is not in any way associated with Crown of Japan, and Crown International is not able to offer any assistance in getting technical support or contact information for this other company.

I will "pin" this topic to help future visitors to the forum looking for help with Crown of Japan products.

Thanks,

Crown Forums Admin.
