IQ 5.12 CTS Low

I've restarted the Crown and the PC multiple times -- can't clear CTS low (clear to send probably) in the search mode on the correct port, COM1. Couldn't find any info in the manual or on the web. What should i do? We have three 810's across the campus and have programmed them all without incident until now.

This problem is typically a result of a UART that does not clear itself. The easiest way to address it is to remove pin 4 of the serial cable. Another thing to check is if there is anything else that might be using the serial port, such as a PDA.
