1. THE AMP IS IN STEREO MODE NOTHING ELSE ENGAGED USING AN ASHLY X OVER DSP OFF THANKS DAVE 4345 Hmmmm Are you using the Banana Plugs or the SpeakOns? If the SpeakOns which connector? CH1 or CH2? If the a SpeakOn have you tried the banana plugs to see if they have output? If the channel is just not working than you should send the amp in for us to look at. Go online to our web site and create an SRA (Service Return Authorization). After you have this SRA number call our Factory Service Dep't (1.800.342.6939 x8205) and they will take care of getting you a postage paid Return Shipping Label and a Box (if needed). 4371 I'M USING HARD WIRE TO SPEAKER OUTPUTS. THE BINDING POSTS ARE TIGHT AFTER CHECKING THE THINGS YOU SAID I FIRED UP THE AMP DID NOT CHANGE ANYTHING HOOKED UP A SPEAKER AND EVERYTHING WORKED PROPERLY IS THERE ANYWAY THE DSP CAN EFFECT THE AMP WHEN THE DISPLAY SAYS DSP OFF
